We are currently looking for 3rd shift bakers and a bi-lingual baker supervisor that can grow with the company and someone who wants to progress! Reporting to the Bakery Operations Manager, this position is responsible for the supervision of the daily operations of multiple cafes. Duties include, but are not limited to ensuring that all Latino bakers are properly trained and have a full understanding of the processes they are involved in and baking our products to company standards, ordering and inventory, planning and communication with Latino bakers and other members of our team.
