3rd Shift Baker
Maintaining equipement as needed Managing all food safety requirements Pan-up, proofing,scoring,baking&finishing of all appropriate products to the highest quality standards. Evaluating all finished products according to company standards Ordering, recieving and rotating baker products/ingredients and assisting with managing food cost. Hours are aprox. 10 pm to 6-7am with a 7 week training program Maintaining cleanliness standards of the bakers area (daily and weekly sanitation). Managing the bake flow/time line according to company standards. Communicating product quality and equipement issues as needed.
