The asst pastry is responsible for delivering products of the highest quality in terms of freshness, taste, and consistency. Assistants are responsible for procuring ingredients, scaling,preparing, and finishing in accordance with standardized company procedures.He/she reports directly to the owner.He/she is responsible for following standarized procedure, safety regulations etc.. The assistant is responsible for keeping their immediate work area clean at all times.
Qualifications:
.Knowledge of all basic pastry/cake techniques and skills(including decorating cakes and cookies)
.Ability to prepare,candies, petit fours, and desserts.
.Ability to assemble or help with assembly of rolled fondant cakes.
.2+year of experience in pastry/cake production(may be combined with formal culinary training.Fax resume to 985 796 1478
