Due to growth, we are looking for experienced General Managers to join our team. Our structure allows GMs to take control of their business and our expansion allows GMs to really make a difference!

And Here are the essential duties:
1. Review and evaluate all unit financial goals and metrics while developing individual and staff performance.
2. Ensure that all unit information is accurate and meets prescribed deadlines.
3. Enforce all policies and procedures to meet company standards.
4. Develop and maintain a continuous improvement of company culture.
5. Responsible for on-going training of staff.
6. Ensure normal business flow and customer satisfaction.
7. Ensure all HR requirements are accurate and on-time and responsible for staffing.
8. Ensure store is in compliance with state and federal health codes and all operations are safe.

You Need to:
1. Be physically able to work an eight (8) hour day or more while on your feet
2. Safely lift ten (10) to fifty (50) pounds while wearing a back support belt
3. Have good communication, written, math, and organizational skills
4. Have good coaching, motivational, and leadership skills
5. Show sharp attention to detail
6. Have a passion for food
7. Have 3-5 years of management experience in the food service industry
