Panera Bread is interviewing 3rd Shift Baker Candidates for our Orange County, California locations!

We are seeking energetic individuals to be part of our team as we develop 12 new bakery-cafes over the next four years in South Orange County. We are currently hiring bakers for our bakery-cafes in Newport Beach, Irvine, Orange, Tustin, and Costa Mesa. This position is a high volume, production baking job. The Baker is responsible for preparing our entire product line.

Job duties include:
 Monitor and operate all baking equipment
 Follow health, safety and sanitation standards
 Produce all bakery products to our quality standards
 Evaluate all finished bakery products with opening management team on a daily basis
 Communicate product shortages, quality issues as well as any equipment issues to management.
 Adhere to all company and bakery operations standards, policies and procedures
 Interact with and educate our guests on our amazing bakery product line.
Previous baking experience or 3rd shift experience preferred, but not necessary. We will train the right person. Advancement opportunities are available.
