The ideal candidates will be dependable, hardworking, self-motivated and must be able to deliver high quality workmanship in a fast paced environment. Primary production processes are panning up dough, shaping / scoring dough, proofing, topping, cleaning and organizing the production areas. Work includes walking, standing, repetitive hand and arm movements, bending, reaching, frequent lifting and occasional heavy lifting (50lbs). Previous baking experience is preferred but not required.
