Baker
30-40 hrs/wk. 5:00am-(11:00-1:00pm) Saturdays & Holidays required.Create classic Italian breads, prepare dough, hand shape & fill pepperoni rolls, utilize large shelf oven & bakery equipment, maintain clean/sanitary work area. Qualifications: previous exp. preferred, able to lift 50 pounds repeatedly,requires long periods of standing, walking, & lifting, use repetitive motions, follow through w/verbal instructions, speak & understand English language, work well w/others, appreciate the quality & history of our products. Duties: assist bread staff, prepare dough for baking, roll pepperoni rolls, work the oven, use all equipment safely, maintain & clean work area, put stock out as needed, dress pizza as needed.
