JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BAKING ALL BAGELS AND DISPLAYING THEM ON THE BAGEL WALL NO LATER THAN THE TIME WE OPEN. ALL SWEETS FOR BREAKFAST MUST BE READY FOR RETAIL. THE SHIFT STARTS AT 3:30 AM AND ENDS AROUND 11 AM. CONTINUAL REFRESHING OF PRODUCT IS NECESSARY. SOME CUSTOMER SERVICE IS REQUIRED DURING THE SHIFT. EMPLOYEES MUST BE FRIENDLY TEAM ORIENTED CLEAN ORGANIZED AND WILLING TO TAKE DIRECTION.
