General Manager Needed in Seattle
We are currently looking for motivated and experienced General Managers for our locations in Seattle. Review and evaluate all unit financial goals and metrics while developing individual and staff performance in obtaining these. 2. To ensure that all Unit information required by Finance and Accounting is accurate and meets prescribed deadlines. 3. Enforcement of all Company Policy and Procedures to meet company standards. 4. To develop and maintain a continuous improvement of individual effort and company culture at the unit level. 5. Identify and assist in developing in addition to on-going training of Team Leader and/or Assistant Manager staff. 6. To ensure that all staff shifts are adequately covered to ensure normal business flow and customer satisfaction. 7. To ensure store unit is operating within a safe working environment. 8. To assist in developing an operational plan for the Regional Manager and to implement the approved plan. 9. To ensure all staff Personnel Reporting Requirements to HR is accurate and on-time. 10. To ensure that staff scheduling including holidays are issued with sufficient prior notice enabling normal business flow and customer satisfaction. 11. Ensure Store Units are in compliance with state or federal health codes. 12. Ensure all staff grievances are dealt with following company chain of command and company procedure. 13. Ensure that Recruiting is aware of personnel hiring needs. 14. Employ store Staff in compliance with store employee profile and qualification standards. What We Need From You: 1. Good communication, written, math, and organizational skills 2. Good coaching, motivational, and leadership skills 3. Show sharp attention to detail 4. Excellent customer service skills 5. 3-5 years of management experience in the food service industry is a must 6. Have a thorough understanding of the production of high-quality, made-from-scratch menu items 7.
