Pastry Chef/Cake Decorator

Annies Bakery, a leading wholesale/retail bakery is seeking a talented fulltime cake decorator/pastry baker. Ideal candidate will have strong knowledge and several years of experience in the pastry, wedding cake, and broad knowledge of working in a total scratch production. Efficient bench work, oven work, decorating, and customer interaction with cake design is a must. Must have an appreciation for quality and a professional finished product.
