Pastry Chef Instructor
Connecticut Culinary Institute seeks instructors to teach courses in the Baking Culinary Arts Department. These positions may require occasional evening duties. Faculty members will teach classes in Baking and Pastry Arts, and Culinary Arts. Qualifications for Baking and Pastry Arts and Culinary Arts: AAS in Baking and Pastry Arts or Culinary Arts. ACF certification is highly desirable. Extensive hands-on culinary experience with a minimum of 10 years. Qualifications: Associate?s (or higher) degree in Hospitality, or related field and experience in the Restaurant and Food Service industry. Professional certification is highly desirable Job location is Suffield, Ct, or Hartford, Ct Campuses.
