The Judge Group, INC. is currently in search of a Degreed Plant Engineer for a National Baked Goods Manufacturing Facility located in OR. The Plant Engineers responsibilities will include managing a group of engineers and maintenance personnel who are accountable for resolving operational problems at the plant level including system optimization, de-bottlenecking, and troubleshooting systems and processes. The Plant Engineer will also provide technical leadership in dealing with A/E firms, vendors, building codes, etc., and provide asset/equipment expertise to ensure site compliance of EPA and OSHA requirements. Other duties will include design/implementation of control systems and manufacturing IT objectives, directing internal maintenance programs and selection and development of key technical professionals. Formulating plant objectives, meeting system and technology needs and implementing plant technical policies will also be a key part of your duties. This key management position requires a BS Degree in an Engineering Discipline with a minimum of 5 years technical experience in project management, systems or process engineering in a Food/Beverage Manufacturing environment. You should also have demonstrated experience leading other engineers in a team environment or managing other technical employees. Requirements
