One of the leading high-end, organic artisan wholesale bakeries in the New York Tri-State Area is looking for a Production Manager. In your function you would work closely with the President of the company to develop effective strategies to help grow our company. In your position you would be responsible for all aspect of our daily production, R&D, as well as cost-controlling. You would be responsible for the purchasing of ingredients, selection, hire and training of employees, as well as implementing a high-level of quality control.
We are a young team of highly motivated individuals with diverse and very interesting backgrounds. Our company is growing very fast and we are looking for people with great experience who can help us achieve our goals of establishing ourselves as one the leading bakeries in the New York Tri-State Area.

Candidates for this job opening must have a minimum of 3 years in a supervision position in an artisan wholesale bakery. Knowledge of Spanish is a plus.
