Fullbloom Baking Co. is looking for a talented Spanish speaking Production Supervisor.

In this position you will oversee 55-75 employees across three shifts. This important role opens career opportunities within the company into Production, QA, Logistics, and Engineering depending on your interests and educational background.

In addition to building a high performing team and developing best baking processes, you'll participate in plant audits, accreditation processes, and work closely with R&D to achieve customer satisfaction and company goals.

The ideal candidate will be:
• Bilingual in Spanish
• Have proven supervisory experience in a bakery manufacturing environment
• Earned some education in science,
• Have experience to writing, developing, communicating, and training others in English and Spanish
