A Large Baked Goods Manufacturing Facility located in the Midwest is currently searching for a Project Engineer for their growing facility. The Project Engineer must have a 4-Year Degree in an Engineering Discipline and at least 5 years of experience directing Baked Goods Manufacturing process related projects. The Project Engineer must also have the ability to direct Engineering Projects from conception through completion as well as the ability to work closely with and direct plant maintenance personnel. The Project Engineer should have a solid background and understanding of PLC Systems and must have the ability to work within a team environment. The Project Engineer will be required to implement Capital Projects, supervisor Equipment Installation, work on improving and increasing Production Efficiencies and work closely with Purchasing and Vendor Equipment Selection.
