Shari started this blog in January 2008 by focusing on her lifelong dream of attending culinary school and working through a cooking school curriculum using Le Cordon Bleu at Home cookbook. The "classes" are based on the Le Cordon Bleu curriculum found online and used as a guideline. She now has fellow bloggers who have joined her in this culinary journey, and they're learning a lot about techniques in the kitchen from knife skills to deep frying.
